How to Use Visualization for Manifestation: See It, Feel It, Receive It

What Is Visualization?

To me, visualization is basically daydreaming with purpose, and I absolutely love it! It’s all about using your imagination to bring your goals to life. Think about the goal you’re working toward, and picture yourself having already achieved it. Visualization is really just like a mini movie in your head. This manifestation technique is so amazing because you can use it anytime, anywhere, and it’s completely free!

It’s important to engage your senses when you visualize and notice how you feel when you make this little movie in your head. If you don’t have a strong feeling when you visualize, then it’s going to be more difficult for your goals and dreams to manifest. When you have a strong good feeling when you visualize, it will boost this manifestation practice tremendously.

How Visualization Affects Your Subconscious Mind

When you engage your senses in visualization, it makes your subconscious mind feel like it’s already happening. Your Subconscious mind does not know the difference from what is real and what is imagined. That’s why it’s so important to know what kind of thoughts are floating in your subconscious mind. When visualizing, think: What does my dream life look like? How does it feel? What sounds can I hear? Is there a taste or a smell? This will help make the movie in your mind feel more real and if you can trick your subconscious mind into thinking this is your new reality, then your manifestations are really close.

When I was manifesting travel, I used visualization constantly. I’d imagine myself sitting on an airplane, feeling the texture of the seats, eating the little airplane snacks. I’d picture myself booking flights online, walking through the busy streets of Rome, soaking in the sights, and enjoying delicious food. Visualization works for anything, whether it’s a promotion, a new career, financial abundance, improved health, or exciting adventures. If you can imagine it, you can visualize it.

Key Visualization Tip

Don’t just visualize the end result, visualize yourself taking the steps needed to get there. For instance, when I wanted to travel, I didn’t just picture myself in Rome; I also visualized the process of booking trips and packing my bags. When I was in real estate, I’d imagine myself going to listing appointments, meeting buyers, showing houses, all things necessary to close deals and meet my goals.

Visualization is an incredible tool that doesn’t require anything but your mind. With a little practice and creativity, you can turn your dreams into reality.
